Mindy Hawkins, CTRS

Mindy is a graduate of Indiana University. She has a variety of experience from working in long term care settings, physical rehab, and managing group and waiver homes.

Mindy is married to Brad and they have 3 children. Jori is 18, Luke is 16, and Levi is 14. Jori is very involved in cheer and lacrosse at her high school and is hoping to pursue that in college as well. Luke is a diver at the high school. Levi just enjoys being outdoors and working with his dad's company.

Mindy spends her free time enjoying watching cheer, lacrosse, and diving; as well as off roading or snowmobiling (depending on the season), and boating. Mindy has 2 small dogs that she loves to spend time with, Spike and Growler. They are micro-mini goldendoodles. They also off road and boat with us. Mindy is very family oriented and enjoys the outdoors and having fun with others!
