Meredith is a 2021 graduate from Indiana University-Bloomington with her Bachelors of Science degree in Therapeutic Recreation and a minor in Psychology. Meredith has experience working on the Indiana Medicaid Waiver during her internship and she also has extensive experience working with individuals with disabilities during her various volunteering she did during college. Meredith spent a lot of her time in college volunteering at Stonebelt in Bloomington where she completed assessments, planned, and implemented interventions in a group setting for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Meredith also worked with a team during college to organize and put on the first ever Runway of Dreams Fashion show at Indiana University. This event paired with Zappos Adaptive to empower individuals with a disability while promoting inclusion, acceptance, and opportunity, especially within the fashion industry. Meredith has always had a passion for working with individuals who have a disability that sparked when she grew up with a close friend who had Down Syndrome. Meredith strongly believes in inclusion and striving to always advocate for equal rights. After completion of her internship, she passed the NCTRC Certification exam in 2022.

Meredith loves sports and being active, as she was a Gymnast for 18 years and ran XC & track all throughout High School. In her free time, Meredith enjoys spending time with family and friends, going for walks with her dog Toby, coloring, photography, going to the gym, and cheering on the Hoosiers in all sporting events, especially Football and Basketball!
