Morgan is a behavior consultant, part time recreational therapist, and Director of Behavior Management at New Leaf. She obtained her Bachelors of Science degree in Therapeutic Recreation from Eastern Michigan University in 2018 and her Masters degree in Special Education from Arizona State University in 2020. Morgan has extensive experience as both a recreational therapist and behavior consultant on the Indiana Medicaid Waiver and was promoted to Director of Behavior Management in 2022. In Morgan's free time, she enjoys reading, traveling to new places, scrapbooking, hanging with her cats, Felix and Amelia, and spending time with family!
Morgan graduated with a Bachelors in Therapeutic Recreation from IU in 2019 and a Masters in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State in 2022. Morgan began her career working with New Leaf as a recreational therapist in 2019. While working full time, Morgan chose to further her education and began working towards her Masters degree. In 2022, Morgan officially made the transition to behavior consultant while still working as a recreational therapist on the side. In her free time, Morgan enjoys reading, bike riding, and wakeboarding at the lake!
Morgan received her Masters of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University in 2022. She has experience working as a Registered Behavior Technician in multiple settings and with multiple types of populations, including individuals with disabilities. Morgan is also currently working towards her BCBA and anticipates to complete her hours and sit for the exam soon. In Morgan's free time, she enjoys spending time with her partner, going on walks, and buying more plants that she doesn't have space for!
Kirstin obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology in 2013 from California State University, her Masters in Human Behavior in 2016 from National University, and her Masters in Child and Adolescent Psychology in 2022 from Chicago School of Professional Psychology at Los Angeles. Kirstin has extensive experience working with individuals with disabilities on the Indiana Medicaid waiver along with individuals recovering from addiction, and has had professional titles in the past such as Behavior Clinician, Family Advocate, and Mental Health Technician. In Kirstin's free time, she enjoys watching soccer, exercising, spending time with her dogs, cooking, and reading!
Lindsay received her Bachelors in Kinesiology in Fitness Studies from IUPUI in 2011 and her Masters in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University in 2022. Lindsay also is an active member in the US Army. Lindsay has held positions in the past as an ABA Therapist, Special Education Teacher, and a Registered Behavior Technician. She has a vast professional history of working with individuals with disabilities and is very passionate about the field. In Lindsay's free time, she enjoys spending time with her two Great Danes, Zeus and Freya, camping, going to tractor shows and country concerts, decorating for the holidays, watching horror movies, and hanging out with her three nephews!
Alyssa obtained her Bachelors in Psychology and a Minor in Counseling from Indiana State University in 2018 and her Masters in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State in 2019. Alyssa has professional experience as a Mental Health Technician, ABA Therapist/Registered Behavioral Technician, and as a Behavior Consultant working with individuals on the medicaid waiver. In her free time, Alyssa enjoys pending time with her husband, Joseph, and daughter, Jacy, listening to true crime podcasts, and watching baseball and football!
