Chynna Clemence, MSW

Behavior Consultant

She/Her

Chynna graduated from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI) with a Masters of Social Work degree in 2019. After graduating, she worked at a local homeless shelter for women and children. Not long after that, she began working as a Residential Care Specialist, assisting troubled youth with independent living skills as they transitioned into adulthood. She then began working with children and adults at a mental health community center as a Skills Coach. She has since began part time work as a Behavior Consultant with New Leaf.

She is passionate and has a mission to walk alongside her clients, meet them where they are at, and help them build the confidence they need to reach their goals and thrive in the community.

Chynna has 5 kids that she loves to spend time with; whether that be out in the community or enjoying snuggles on the couch watching TV. She loves her 2 cats, Henry Higgins and Tweetie Pie, her Mini Berne-doodle puppy, Winnie Pooh, and her recent addition to the family, Lizzy the Anole lizard. In her free time, she enjoys reading, crocheting, yoga, going on nature walks, camping, swimming, going to the beach, and basically anything that involves sunshine!
